  • £5 and under = £1.75(2nd Class - 2-3 working days)
  • £5.01 - £39.99 = £2.65 (2nd Class - 2-3 working days)
  • £40 and over = FREE (2nd Class - 2-3 working days)
  • Or upgrade to first class at the checkout (1st Class - Usually next working day)

We promise to get orders out within 24 hours if not, we upgrade to First Class postage immediately, then we let you know that we’ve posted your order and when it will arrive, also if there might be a delay e.g. if there’s snow or a postal strike.

We hope you will be delighted with your purchases but do understand that sometimes a product might not be quite right for you. Therefore, simply return the product(s) within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the value of the goods or if requested exchange the product.  Products should be in their original condition and returned with the packaging.

If you’ve ordered a product that’s out of stock (you can tell by the product stock quantity if it’s in stock) we’ll let you know straight away when it’s due back in stock.  If there are any further delays we’ll email or call you just to let you know we haven’t forgotten about your order.

If you have a query about a product or order and you phone us but we’re not available, we get back to you, the minute we get your message, we never keep you waiting a moment longer.

We’ve never lost an order in the post – it’s always been left in a mysterious place by the Postman, fallen down the back of the bins or been left in the sorting office.

We can gift wrap any or all of your order, add a gift tag and post it wherever you like within the UK.  If you call us on 02380 660271 we can arrange for it to be posted abroad too.

In the unlikely event that we send you a product in error, we will refund your postage costs in returning the item.
