I hope you will be delighted with your purchases but do understand that sometimes a product might not be quite right for you. Therefore, simply return the product(s) within 14 days of receipt and I will refund the value of the goods or if requested, exchange the product.
Of course, unwanted products must be in resaleable condition and returned with undamaged packaging. Unfortunately I can’t refund the cost of returning unwanted goods, however in the unlikely event that I send you a product in error or the product is faulty in any way, I will refund your postage costs in returning the item.
I will refund the cost of goods and or exchange goods once they have been received and I strongly advise that you use a proof of despatch method when returning goods by post.
