***Returns and Refunds policy extended for the Christmas period*** any purchase made from now until December 22nd will qualify for our no quibble refund up until 20th January 2010.

I hope you will be delighted with your purchases but do understand that sometimes a product might not be quite right for you. Therefore, simply return the product(s) within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the value of the goods or if requested, exchange the product.

Of course, unwanted products must be in resaleable condition and returned with undamaged packaging. We are not liable for the cost of returning goods, however in the unlikely event that we send you a product in error or the product is faulty in any way, we will refund your postage costs in returning the item.

We will refund the cost of goods and or exchange goods only once they have been received. I strongly advise that you use a proof of despatch method when returning goods by post.
