I’m a new Mummy so I can’t always answer the phone but I check email daily, morning and evening.  I always reply to any messages within 24 hours – usually sooner.  I know it’s so annoying when you can’t reach someone so I’m hot off the mark when it comes to communication!

We let you know that we’ve posted your order and when it will arrive, also if there might be a delay e.g. if there’s snow or a postal strike.

If you’ve ordered a product that’s out of stock (you can tell by the product stock quantity if it’s in stock) we’ll let you know straight away when it’s due back in stock.  If there are any further delays we’ll email or call you just to let you know we haven’t forgotten about your order.

We’ve never lost an order in the post – it’s always been found in a mysterious place, fallen down the back of the bins or been left in the sorting office.
